Dr. Ataullah Khan Mahmood Wattoo

A distinguished legal scholar, jurist, and educator with a unique blend of academic excellence, legal acumen, and military service. Holding degrees in Constitutional Law & Shariah from prestigious institutions, including a PhD from IIUI.

Legal Practitioner

Started his legal practice at Lahore High Court, mentored by visionary figures such as Habib Jalib and Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan.

Pakistan Army – JAG Branch

Served 15 years as Dy Asstt Judge Advocate General, applying legal expertise within the framework of military justice and discipline.

Academic Mentor

Former Professor of Law at IIUI, where he supervised 200+ theses and mentored many of today's judges, lawyers, and academics.

Leadership & Vision

Currently leading Averroes School of Law, National Law College, and DHD Foundation with a commitment to legal excellence and access to justice.

Mr. Farid Alam is a seasoned education and development professional with over 25 years of experience, focusing on strategic positioning, fiduciary management, and stakeholder engagement.

Professional Development

Completed executive programs from IDEO U, Cornell, and Harvard Business Publishing. NUFFIC fellow in Project Cycle Management.

Career in Education & Development

Founded the Himalayan Model School to support underserved communities. Extensive experience in grassroots education projects.

Leadership & Research

Has advised on governance, sustainability, and policy. Led programs for The Asia Foundation in South and Southeast Asia.

Publications

Published works on tribal systems, education reforms, and governance. His perspectives enrich national-level policymaking.

Mr. Muhammad Arif

Mr. Muhammad Arif

Mr. Muhammad Arif is a dynamic education leader with over a decade of management experience and rare dual qualifications in STEM and Education. He holds an M.Phil. in Biology (UoA Peshawar), an MPH in Public Health Education (Abasyn University), and degrees in Biology, Political Science, and Elementary Education.

Institutional Oversight & Leadership

As Monitoring Coordinator at Himalayan Model School and College, Mr. Arif leads class evaluations, teacher recruitment, financial audits, and school application management to foster institutional excellence.

Master Trainer & Consultant

Currently Master Trainer with the KP Education Department, he designs training programs, conducts institutional evaluations, and implements quality standards provincially.
