Dr. Ataullah Khan Mahmood Wattoo
Dr. Ataullah Khan Mahmood Wattoo is a distinguished legal scholar, jurist, and educator whose career reflects a rare blend of academic excellence, legal acumen, and public service. He holds LLB and LLM from the University of the Punjab, and a PhD in Constitutional Law and Shariah from IIUI. He has participated in global academic courses (Turkey, Italy, Sri Lanka) and hundreds of conferences, and authored books and research articles worldwide.
Legal Practitioner
He started his career as a lawyer at Lahore High Court under legends like Habib Jalib and Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan.
Pakistan Army – JAG Branch
Dr. Wattoo served 15 years in the Pakistan Army as Dy Asstt Judge Advocate General, honing leadership within military justice.
Academic Mentor
As Professor of Law at IIUI, he supervised 200+ theses and mentored many judges, lawyers, and scholars over 20 years.

Currently, he leads Averroes School of Law, National Law College, and DHD Foundation — championing access to justice and legal excellence.

Mr. Farid Alam
Mr. Farid Alam is a seasoned education and development professional with over 25 years of experience, focusing on strategic positioning, fiduciary management, and stakeholder engagement. He holds degrees from the University of Wales Swansea (UK) in Social Development Planning & Management, and from the University of Agriculture in Agronomy.
Professional Development
Farid has completed executive training from top institutions including IDEO U (Ideas to Action, 2024), Cornell University (Business Writing), and Harvard Business Publishing’s COMPASS leadership program. He is also a NUFFIC fellow in Project Cycle Management (MDF Consultancy, Netherlands).
Career in Education & Development
After graduating in 1998, he founded the Himalayan Model School in Shangla, addressing educational needs in underserved regions. His hands-on experience with curriculum, teaching, and school administration offers deep insight into grassroots education.
Leadership & Research
As Technical Advisor-Governance, Farid has provided strategic support across South and Southeast Asia. At The Asia Foundation, he directed programs and led national-level research in governance, water management, and urbanization.
Publications
He regularly writes for leading publications. Key topics include tribal reform, youth in elections, KP police reforms, and religious conflict. His analytical writing strengthens national discourse on governance and policy.
Mr. Farid is fluent in Pashto, English, and Urdu.

Mr. Muhammad Arif
Mr. Muhammad Arif is a dynamic education leader with over a decade of management experience and rare dual qualifications in STEM and Education. He holds an M.Phil. in Biology from the University of Agriculture Peshawar, a Master's in Public Health Education from Abasyn University, and additional degrees in Biology, Political Science, and Elementary Education.
Institutional Oversight & Leadership
As Monitoring Coordinator at Himalayan Model School and College, Mr. Arif leads class evaluations, teacher recruitment, financial audits, and school application management. His collaborative leadership fosters productivity and bridges academic goals with administrative systems.
Master Trainer & Consultant
Currently serving as Master Trainer with the Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Arif designs teacher training programs, conducts institutional evaluations, and implements quality assurance mechanisms across schools.

Advocate Omar Mahmood Wattoo
Advocate Omar Mahmood Wattoo is a visionary legal scholar, educator, and reformer who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Averroes School of Law. His academic and professional journey combines Islamic and Common Law expertise with corporate, medical, and constitutional practice.
Academic Credentials
He completed his LLB (Hons) Shariah & Law from IIUI — mastering both Islamic Law in Arabic and Common Law in English — followed by an LLM in International Law. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law, specializing in medical negligence.
Legal Practice & Consulting
Starting his legal career with the Islamabad Bar and Ministry of IT, Adv. Wattoo gained significant experience in corporate and regulatory law. He later founded MED Law Consultants, providing expert legal services in medical, civil, corporate, and constitutional law.
Academic & Leadership Roles
He has taught Comparative Business and Corporate Law at IIUI and other institutions, and served as Program Head for LLB (Hons) at the University of Bolton (Islamabad). He is the founder and Managing Director of National Law College, Rawalpindi.
